It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the passing of Dr. Allan Wicks, former Organist and Master of the Choristers from 1961 to 1988, on Thursday February 4th, aged 86. 
We extend our sympathies to his widow Elizabeth and daughters Lavinia and Joanna and their families.
A funeral for family and close friends was held at Wye on February 22nd, and a Service of Thanksgiving was held in Canterbury Cathedral on Friday 21st May at 2.30pm.
